Foxcom Acquired by Global Invacom Group

Beit Shemesh, Israel, November 21, 2014--Foxcom, a  provider of RF over Fiber solutions announced that it has been acquired by the Global Invacom Group Limited, a fully integrated satellite equipment provider headquartered in Singapore.

Leveraging on Foxcom’s worldwide customer base and Global Invacom’s vast pool of R&D resources, Foxcom will expand its footprint in existing and new geographies while entering new product markets, as demand for professional satellite equipment grows, according to Foxcom.   With the backing of a publicly traded entity, Foxcom looks forward to enhancing its value proposition with increased R&D, mass production and better customer support.

Foxcom as a company will continue to operate as Foxcom and its Headquarters and R&D will remain in Israel. Global Invacom Group Limited is listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Mainboard (“SGX-ST”) and its shares are admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange in the U.K.
