SpeedCast Acquires SAIT Communications

Sydney, Australia, July 28, 2015 – SpeedCast International Limited  today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SAIT Communications, a fast-growing maritime communications service provider in southern Europe.  SAIT Communications is one of the leading suppliers of L-band satellite services in the southern European maritime market, in particular Greece, which is one of the largest maritime markets in Europe, as well as Cyprus.

The newly combined company will become  the largest Pay TV provider in the United States and the world.

Technicolor to Acquire Cisco's STB business for €550m

Paris, France, July 23, 2015--Technicolor has entered into an exclusive agreement with Cisco to acquire its customer premises equipment (CPE) business for €550 million in a cash and stock transaction. The acquisition includes all of Cisco’s cable modem and set-top box businesses.

C-COM Revenues Down, But Continues to be Profitable

Ottawa, Canada, July 14, 2015–C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI), a global provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, announced today financial results for its second quarter ended May 31, 2015. The company has generated revenues of CDN$ 3,101,579 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 313,201 or 1 cent per share. This compared with revenues of CDN$ 3,754,738 and a net after tax profit of 782,188 or 2 cents per share as reported in 2014, representing a decrease of 17.4% and 60% respectively.

Speedcast Acquires NewSat's Teleport and Satellite Services Businesses
