BroadStream Solutions Announce Appointments across its Operations, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Support Teams Worldwide

Atlanta, GA, March 10, 2015--Automated playout solutions provider, BroadStream Solutions is strengthening its worldwide operations by bringing in new sales, marketing, operations and R&D experts to further expand its global reach and to better serve its growing customer base.

In sales, the organisation has recruited Ex-Playbox VP of Sales, Shelinder Sachdeva, as Sales Director for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka along with a new sales support engineer for the region. Sachdeva has 17+ years of sales experience and specialises in spearheading sales operations successfully into new and existing markets within the automated playout space.
 
Frank Summerfield, whose career in the Broadcast, Telecommunications and CATV sectors, spans over 30 years in various sales director roles at companies such as Harmonic, IneoQuest, Verimatrix and RGB Networks, has joined BroadStream Solutions as Business Development Director for UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
 
In order to support its sales growth in the USA, having secured significant orders with various PBS and call letter stations, BroadStream Solutions will also be recruiting a new U.S Sales Engineer.

At the end of last year, the organisation appointed David Bowes in the newly created position of CFO/COO, at its HQ offices in Atlanta. Bowes was hired to improve operational efficiency and overall business strategy by utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in delivery and quality control, previously gained from a highly successful career spanning the Automotive, Motorsports and Aerospace Industries. His most recent positions were held at Rover Group as Finance and Manufacturing Strategy Director and as a Director at Lola Group (UK) and Elan Motorsports Group (USA).
 
Lauralyn Mustaki joins Bowes at BroadStream Solution’s Atlanta office in the capacity of Marketing Director. Mustaki brings with her retail, wholesale and commercial sales and marketing experience within the broadcast industry and has flourished in goal-driven VP and Director Roles at the likes of Turner Broadcasting and most recently as Director of Accounts & Member Services at GAB (Georgia Association of Broadcasters).
 
Over the last 6 months, BroadStream has also been strengthening its R&D department with the appointment of 5 more software engineers into its Zagreb Development offices in Croatia.
