ITC Global Appoints David Myers Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management

St. Petersburg, Fla., July 23, 2013--ITC Global, a provider of satellite communication solutions to the mining, energy and maritime sectors, announced the appointment of David Myers to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Myers brings twenty years of experience driving strategy, sales, brand management, and product development for rapidly growing companies in the satellite communications, information technology and industrial controls industries.
 
Prior to joining ITC Global, Mr. Myers spent several years in senior management with Harris CapRock, one of the industry's largest providers of communications solutions to remote and harsh markets. During his tenure at Harris CapRock, Mr. Myers served in a number of roles including Chief Commercial Officer, President of Government Solutions, and Vice President of Marketing. He also previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development for Spacenet Inc., the U.S. services arm of publically traded Gilat Satellite Networks.
Myers has launched a number of "industry first" satellite communication products and business lines including CapRock's CommandAccess™ service designed specifically for military use and Spacenet's Connexstar™ satellite service for industrial and enterprise clients. Myers holds an MBA in technology marketing from Rice University, as well as degrees in computer information systems from Madison University, and international business from Southern Methodist University.
