Com Dev International has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of MESL Microwave for £12.8 million. Headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, MESL Microwave Ltd. plays a significant role in the global microwave technology market, designing and manufacturing components and subsystems for the radar, communications, defence and aerospace industries.

ITU Telecom World 2014 closed its doors today following four busy days of high-level debate, networking, knowledge sharing and showcasing. International Datacasting Corporation (IDC) (TSX:IDC), announced its financial results today for the nine months and third quarter ended October 31, 2014.  Revenues totaled CDN $3.0 million for the third quarter of Fiscal 2015, 19% higher than the prior year's third quarter. The increase was primarily due to a 79% improvement in product revenues, partially offset by a reduction in services revenues due to the non-renewal of the Canadian Forces Radio and Television service.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) today reported its operating results for the three months ended October 31, 2014. Net sales for the three months ended October 31, 2014 were US$ 76.4 million compared to US$ 83.4 million for the three months ended October 31, 2013.
