GAAP operating loss was US$ 10.9 million compared to operating income of US$ 7.0 million in Q3 2019 and an operating loss of US$ 3.5 million in the previous quarter. The GAAP operating loss in the quarter includes $8.2 million in expenses related to the Comtech merger and litigation and their effects.
