Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ:CMTL) announced today that Comtech's Chairman of the Board, Fred Kornberg, will immediately resume his role as Chief Executive Officer  and President and that its current CEO and President, Dr. Stanton D. Sloane, is departing the Company and also resigning from Comtech's Board of Directors. The Company also announced that Michael Galletti has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.

Comtech EF Data announced today that it expanded its executive management team with the appointment of Reza Rasoulian to Senior Vice President, Mobility Systems. In this newly created position, Rasoulian joins the senior executive leadership team to lead the market development and direction of the mobility systems. By leveraging market insight, he will direct long-term strategic initiatives and define the required solution and feature sets for the mobility vertical.

Comtech EF Data Corp., announced today the expansion of its vertical market focus with the creation of new executive roles. The organizational structure along key verticals was set in motion with the appointment of Richard Swardh last year for the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) market. The structure now encompasses additional verticals - Government and Premium Enterprise.

The DVB is pleased to announce that Peter MacAvock (EBU) has been elected to the role of DVB Chairman.
