Jan Koeppen, who has served as Chief Operating Officer for 21st Century Fox, Europe and Asia since April 2009, has been named President of Europe and Africa for FOX International Channels, a 21st Century Fox subsidiary. 

Intelsat S.A. today announced that Robert F. Callahan, Chairman of Longueview, a media, internet and technology advisory firm, was elected to the company's board of directors, effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Callahan will join as an independent member of the board and serve on the company's audit committee.

Fox International Channels (FIC) President for Europe and Africa Jesus Perezagua will be stepping down effective April 30. He will consult for companies in the group after that date.Hernan Lopez, president and CEO said that a search will begin immediately for a successor.
