The Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S), a provider of media content protection and value-added service technology, announced today the appointment of Nancy Goldberg as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), in charge of the sales and marketing of the Kudelski Group’s Digital TV division. Intelsat, S.A. (NYSE: I) today announced the appointment of David M. Tolley as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 3, 2019. Tolley will report to Intelsat’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Spengler, and oversee Intelsat’s global finance organization.  He will serve on Intelsat’s Management Committee and be based in the company’s U.S. administrative headquarters in McLean, Virginia.

Small satellite manufacturer Blue Canyon Technologies (BCT) has appointed Sam Francis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening its executive leadership team as the rapidly growing aerospace company continues to expand.

Francis brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, capital markets and management of both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. In his role at BCT, Francis will oversee all aspects of company finances including capital planning and management and make significant contributions to strategic planning and operations.
