Toulouse, France, January 27, 2026--French antenna manufacturer Anywaves and Luxembourg-based electronics specialist EmTroniX announced their strategic merger, creating a unified industrial group focused on space RF and payload subsystems for telecommunications, Earth observation, and space exploration markets.
The merger aims to deliver integrated and competitive solutions to meet the demanding requirements of the European, US and international space market in electronic systems, antennas and advanced radio frequency technologies for Telecom, Earth and Space observation according to the company.
Prior to the merger, Anywaves and EmTroniX successfully partnered on projects such as the Blue Water Intelligence REVALTO project, jointly developing the RF radar payload. The collaboration demonstrated the complementarity of their technologies and laid the foundation for a seamless integration under the new group.
Spread across three regions, France, Luxembourg, and the United States, the newly established industrial group currently brings together more than 110 people, up to 150 within 2 years.
