The Roundtable programme takes place in coordination with the SSPI Better Satellite World Awards dinner taking place at 1 Whitehall Court, London SW1A 2EL on the evening of 4th December. The dinner will feature the presentation of awards for innovation and global impact in the three categories of Economy, Humanity, and Knowledge. In 2016 GVF was a proud recipient of an SSPI award which recognised GVF’s achievements in training satellite professionals, enabling global disaster preparedness, and coordinating with partners to serve humanitarian solutions around the world.
Additionally, at the close of the Roundtable proceedings on 5th December, the 2017 GVF Board of Directors Election will take place, wherein two positions on the current Board of seven Directors are subject to election.
