Carrier-to-Carrier, Mach 6 Join Forces; Form Globecomm Europe BV in the Netherlands

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, July 1, 2013--Globecomm Systems Inc. announced today that Globecomm Europe BV has become the official new entity of Carrier-to-Carrier Telecom BV and BV Mach 6, two Dutch communications services companies that have joined forces through today’s merger.

The integration and rebranding of a new Globecomm Europe began in 2012. Globecomm Europe provides fully managed satellite, terrestrial and wireless based communication solutions. Our customers include governmental organizations, enterprises, and the maritime industry.

Globecomm Europe BV is a wholly owned subsidiary of Globecomm Systems Inc., a publicly traded US company (NASDAQ:GCOM). Globecomm Europe compliments the existing worldwide resources of Globecomm in the European region. Globecomm is a leading global provider of satellite based managed network solutions.
