Comtech Announces Subsidiary Management Changes
Melville, NY, Nov. 5, 2013 — Larry Konopelko, President of Comtech PST Corp., will be retiring effective January 31, 2014. Larry joined Comtech PST in 2001, as General Manager, and was promoted to President in 2002.
Michael Hrybenko will be taking over as President of Comtech PST upon Larry's retirement. Michael is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Comtech PST. In addition to Michael's leadership role in the technical side of the business, he has also been very involved in Comtech PST's marketing activities.
Fred Kornberg, President and Chief Executive Officer of Comtech Telecommunications Corp., noted Larry Konopelko has been a great leader at Comtech PST and a valued member of the Comtech executive management team.

Paul Lithgow, President of Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation, will also be leaving Comtech to return to Arizona and the aerospace industry. Paul joined Comtech in 2008 as part of AeroAstro (which was acquired in connection with the Radyne acquisition). Paul served as President of Comtech AeroAstro until it was wound-down in 2012, and had also become President of Comtech Mobile Datacom the previous year.
Pres Windus will be returning to the role of President at Comtech Mobile Datacom, effective November 6, 2013. Pres previously served as the President of Comtech Mobile Datacom for three years between 2002 and 2005. He also served in various other capacities during his 29-year tenure at Comtech. Paul Lithgow will be available for consultation to ensure a smooth transition.
