SatService GmbH Unveils New Branding
Steisslingen,Germany, August 18, 2015--SatService GmbH, an innovative turnkey systems integrator, manufacturer and distributor based in the Lake Constance area of Germany has recently unveiled a new branding for the company. The new branding features a new logo which together the company name and a pictogram of an earth station satellite antenna which symbolizes the company´s focus on the satellite comunications market.
“The previous logo has been with us since the founding of the company in 1996 when we started our business as a system integrator. In the meantime we are preferred supplier for many European operators of satellite ground stations, we have created our own sat-nms product line and we are reseller of many major brands within our market. Therefore it is about time to have a new look for our company.” said Michael Ulbricht, founder and managing director of the company.
During the last few months SatService was looking for a new logo with some graphical elements related to the satcom market. The difficulty was to achieve a high recognition value related to the existing logo but also to transfer it to a much modern design. Michael Ulbricht continued: “We provide state-of-the-art products and services and now we have a state-of-the-art look to go with them.”
In the beginning of 2015, SatService GmbH announced a reorganization of the company sales structure by creating the new position of a worldwide sales director. For that SatService GmbH appointed Kai Koppenburg, who had been working already nearly nine years for a professional manufacturer of satellite communications equipment. As sales director Koppenburg is managing the whole sales activities of SatService GmbH. This development reflects the continuous company growth over the last years and improves SatService GmbH organization significantly for the benefit of the increasing customer base.
“This enhancement will result in a more individual support of our already existing customers and partners in Germany as well as abroad and also in developing new sales channels. This will guarantee an efficient supply of our target markets with the high quality products and services of SatService GmbH,” said Ulbricht.

Kai Koppenburg spoke on the goals and visions of its sales organization and activities:
“SatService will continue and even increase its system integration activities with in Europe. In addition to that I am attracted by the huge potential and capabilities of the sat-nms product family developed by SatService GmbH during the last 12 years. With these products SatService in the meantime covers a significant portion of the equipment and software necessary for a satellite ground station. Just to highlight some examples, IF and L-Band fibre optical links, antenna tracking system, beacon receivers, L-Band equipment and monitoring & control systems. These products are certainly used in the SatService own system integration activities but also sold independently as equipment sales to other system integrator or service providers and teleports. For these products of the sat-nms product family I am keen to find and select resellers and distributors in other regions of the world. They will be trained by SatService in Steisslingen at the Lake of Constance so that they can resell and use our products. I will be pleased to discuss such representative agreements by phone and E-Mail or in a personal meeting in September at IBC in Amsterdam at the SatService booth. “Last but not least, I am pushing to increase the market share of our distributor/reseller activities in SatService home market together with our business partners which SatService represents in the D A CH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland),” Koppenburg added.
