Net income was US$ 36.3 million, or US$ 0.32 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024, as compared to net income of US$ 38.0 million, or US$ 0.30 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2023. Operational EBITDA (OEBITDA)(1) for the fourth quarter was US$ 117.1 million, as compared to US$ 114.1 million for the prior-year period, representing a year-over-year increase of 3%.

Under the terms of the merger agreement, Redwire will acquire Edge Autonomy for US$ 925 million on a debt free, cash free basis and subject to customary working capital, cash and debt adjustments.
