Steve Chernow Join Sheppard Mullin's Telecom Team

Washington, D.C. April 12, 2021--Sheppard Mullin announced that Steve Chernow has joined its Telecom team as Special Counsel, based in their Washington, D.C. office. Chernow joins Sheppard Mullin following a distinguished career serving in senior roles for satellite communications companies, including as General Counsel at OneWeb and Deputy General Counsel at Intelsat.

Most recently, Steve served as General Counsel for satellite antenna start-up Kymeta Corporation, where he oversaw all legal, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. 

Steve has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a broad array of agreements and contracts in the satellite industry, including with satellite operators, connectivity providers, antenna companies, manufacturers, and launch providers.  He also has extensive experience advising on domestic and international regulatory and licensing regimes related to satellite communications.
