Luxembourg, April 4, 2014--Romain Bausch stepped down as CEO of SES at the  company's April 3rd Board Meeting. During the same meeting, Bausch was  appointed as Chairman-elect of the Board of Directors. He will take over when current chairman Rene Steichen steps down at the end of this year.

Los Angeles,Calif. April 2, 2014--Jan Koeppen, who has served as Chief Operating Officer for 21st Century Fox, Europe and Asia since April 2009, has been named President of Europe and Africa for FOX International Channels, a 21st Century Fox subsidiary. 

Washington, D.C., April 1, 2014--Intelsat S.A. today announced that Robert F. Callahan, Chairman of Longueview, a media, internet and technology advisory firm, was elected to the company's board of directors, effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Callahan will join as an independent member of the board and serve on the company's audit committee.

Los Angeles, Calif., March 24, 2014--Fox International Channels (FIC) President for Europe and Africa Jesus Perezagua will be stepping down effective April 30. He will consult for companies in the group after that date.Hernan Lopez, president and CEO said that a search will begin immediately for a successor.

London, UK, March 20, 2014 – Inmarsat today announced that General C. Robert Kehler, United States Air Force (Retired) will join the Board on May 6, 2014 as an additional non-executive director. General Kehler retired from the Air Force in January 2014 with over 38 years of service. 

Silver Spring, MD, March 20, 2014- Discovery Communications today announced that Founder John Hendricks will retire as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and as a Director of the Board. He will remain in his current position through the annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2014.

Luxembourg, March 4, 2014 – Veteran aerospace and defense executive John Belcher has been named to the Board of Directors of Signalhorn, a global provider of premium network and communications services using terrestrial, satellite, and wireless technologies.

London, UK, February 25, 2014-Satellite service provider Arqiva today announced the appointment of David Crawford as Managing Director, Sateliite. Crawford  takes over from from Barrie Woolston who has been the interim managing director for the past six months and will remain Commercial Director for Satellite.
