NASA and European Space Agency to Speak at the International Space Commerce 2013 Summit

London, July 30, 2013--The Director and Co-founder of the Space Portal at NASA Ames Research Centre, Dr. Daniel Rasky, will be speaking at the International Space Commerce 2013 Summit to be held on 29th-30th October in London. Alan Brunstrom, the Head of Applications in the Business Office which aims to promote integrated applications at the European Space Agency (ESA) will also be part of the speaking faculty for the ISC2013 Summit and will speak about ESA's applications development programs.

The Space Portal of NASA Ames is the commercial office behind initiatives for notable NASA programs, such as the Commercial Orbital Transportation Systems (COTS) program, the Innovative Lunar Demonstration Data (ILDD) program and the Commercial Reusable Suborbital Research (CRuSR) program. and is said to be NASA’s “friendly front door for emerging and non-traditional space companies”  Dr. Rasky, a multi-award winner for innovations, will share with the audience of the summit his expertise.
