WTA Releases the Teleport of Tomorrow Report
New York, NY, January 12, 2015–The World Teleport Association (WTA) today released The Teleport of Tomorrow, a new research report. In the report, WTA asks the thought leaders of the business today about how a successful teleport will look in the year 2020. The speed of technology and market change suggests that it will differ in many ways from what we think of as a teleport today, and that its personnel and business leaders will need different skills to be successful.
“The teleport of tomorrow is taking shape today,” said WTA executive director Robert Bell. "The teleport, satellite and technology executives we interviewed already see the signs, and they are thinking long and hard about how to adapt to massive changes in their businesses. I have been interviewing member executives for years, and I have never heard as many original ideas and passionate beliefs expressed before.”
WTA members can access the report by signing in to their accounts on the WTA website. Non-members can purchase the report for US$1650. For a limited time, the report sponsor Kratos, is offering a copy of the release by visiting their site: www.KratosNetworks.com
