Imagine Communications Acquires OpenTV’s Advanced Advertising Business Unit from the Kudelski Group

Dallas,Tex., November 3, 2014 — Imagine Communications, a market leader in advertising business systems and video infrastructure solutions serving global TV networks, broadcast stations, multichannel video programming distributors (MVPD), governments, enterprise markets, today announced it has acquired the assets of the advanced advertising business unit of OpenTV, Inc., from the Kudelski Group (Six.KUD.S).

RSCC's Express-AM6 Satellite Successfully Launched

Baikonour, Kazakhstan, October 21, 2014--the Russian communications and broadcasting satellite Express-AM6 was launched into orbit today by a  Proton-M rocket booster  from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 19.09 (Moscow time). The new Express-AM6 heavy-class space vehicle will be deployed into geostationary orbit at 53 ° East, from where it will provide coverage of European Russia, the Urals and Western Siberia as well as the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

(NASDAQ:CMTL) today reported its operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2014. Net sales for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2014 were US$ 89.4 million and US$ 347.2 million, respectively, as compared to US$ 84.4 million and US $319.8 million for the same periods in fiscal 2013. The year-over-year increase reflects higher sales in the Company's telecommunications transmission and RF microwave amplifiers segments, partially offset by lower sales in its mobile data communications segment.
