Christophe Roux Appointed Head of Latin America for Airbus Defence and Space

Sao Paolo, Brazil, May 1, 2015-- Christophe Roux, currently Head of Governmental Sales Space Systems, has been appointed as the new Head of Sales Latin America within the Airbus Defence and Space Sales and Marketing organization. He is taking over of this role in addition of his current responsibility in the Space Systems business line.

In this new position, he’s reporting to Christian Scherer, Head of Commercial within Airbus Defence and Space. 

Roux is taking over from Antonio Rodriguez Barberán, who will concentrate on his role as Head of Military Aircraft Sales, reporting to Christian Scherer and Fernando Alonso, Head of Military Aircraft.

He will gradually move into the new role and take on the full role by the end of the year at which time he will also be stationed in the Airbus Defence and Space Latin American office in Sao Paolo.
