John H. Booher Joins Sheppard Mullin

Palo Alto, Calif., June 6, 2018--John H. Booher has joined the Silicon Valley office of Sheppard Mullin as a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group and Space and Satellite Team. 

Booher brings to Sheppard Mullin extensive experience in the aerospace and defense and telecommunications industries, particularly with respect to the satellite sector. John also focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic transactions, private equity and emerging growth/venture capital. Known for his service and dedication to clients, Booher was selected as a BTI Client Service “MVP” in 2017 for having been selected two years in a row (2016-2017) by BTI as an “All-Star Attorney.”

Booher received a B.A. from the College of William & Mary and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
