Redwire Promotes Andrew Rush as President and COO
Jacksonville, Fla., January5 2021--Redwire announced today that its Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Rush, has been promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2021. In this expanded role, Rush will manage the day-to-day operations of Redwire while assisting the CEO and Board of Directors in developing and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Additionally, Rush will oversee the development and implementation of Redwire policies and procedures, integration of new acquisitions, and execution of all technical programs.

As an experienced aerospace executive, Rush has championed ground-breaking space technology development through key public-private partnerships with NASA and DoD agencies. His extensive experience in aligning business roadmaps with emerging technologies to grow nascent markets has made him a leading voice in commercial space.
Prior to joining Redwire’s senior management team, Rush served as president of Made In Space, dating back to 2015.
Rush is a representative member of the NASA Advisory Council and serves as Chairman of the Council’s Regulatory and Policy Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of North Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University.
