Steve Shelby Announces Retirement from Cross Technologies

Alpharetta, GA, April 15, 2021--Steve Shelby announced his retirement effective April 27, 2021, after 17 years as VP of Sales and Marketing at Cross Technologies, Inc. "Steve has always done an excellent job providing quotations and technical support to customers world-wide over his 17-year career at Cross, and sales increased substantially as a result of his sales and marketing efforts," said a company statement.
Prior to joining Cross, Steve held positions as Director, Strategic Sales; Director OEM Sales; and OEM Sales Manager for several major high-tech companies.

Replacing Shelby is Norm Johnson.Johnson joins Cross Technologies, Inc., with 39 years of experience in business management through leadership roles in engineering, program management, operations, and business leadership teams.
Before accepting his position at Cross Technologies, Norm worked for Honeywell as Senior Product Marketing Manager within the Aerospace group supporting SATCOM terminals across all the Aero Business Units. Previously, Norm served as a Principal Customer Support Program Manager within the Defense and Space group supporting all Space and Missiles programs. He also held positions as Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, and business area manager vice president for EMS D&S’s Space Electronics.
Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
