The appointment took place after an extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in which the Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI), which holds 7.41% of HISPASAT’s shares, proposed Hereu to preside over the company relieving Rosario Martínez Manzanedo.
