Advantech Wireless Receives over US$ 1 mil. Orders for its SSPA solution for the SNG industry.

Montreal, Canada, January 21, 2015 – Advantech Wireless Inc., a privately-held Canadian corporation and manufacturer of Satellite, RF Equipment and Microwave Systems announced today that it has received over US$ 1 million in  orders for its redundant/phase 250W/500W Extended Ku-Band SapphireBlu^TM GaN based SSPA solution for the SNG industry.

The Extended Ku-Band SapphireBlu^TM GaN based SSPA systems include L-band interface, provide very high frequency accuracy, allow high order modulation schemes as per DVB-S2x standard, and require no field adjustment or tuning. Designed to operate as 1:1 redundant 250W, the system can be instantly switched to phase combined mode and deliver 500W of RF power when needed.
