Walton De-Ice Celebrates 35 Years and Nearly 20,000 Earth Station Weather Protection Units Shipped
San Bernardino, Calif., November 6, 2014--Walton De-Ice the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of satellite earth station antenna (ESA) weather protection solutions, will celebrate its thirty-fifth year in the satellite industry, and its delivery of nearly 20,000 antenna protection systems.
Since 1979, Walton has delivered over 4,000 of its original hot-air Plenum De-Ice systems used for antennas from 3.2 to 32 meters in diameter, as well as thousands of control systems. For VSAT and smaller earth station antennas from 0.6 to 6.3 meters in diameter, Walton De-Ice has shipped over 14,500 of its Snow Shield and Ice Quake antenna cover systems.

During the CCW+SATCON trade show November 12-13th, 2014 in New York, at Booth 317, Walton De-Ice will be promoting its latest in gas and electric heated hot-air systems for large antennas, as well as its innovative Ice Quake, and Snow Shield solutions.
