(NYSE: I), today announced financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2017. Intelsat reported total revenue of US$ 533.2 million and a net loss attributable to Intelsat S.A. of US$ 23.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2017.

Telesat Reports Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2017

Ottawa, Canada, July 25, 2017-Telesat Canada  today announced its financial results for the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2017.  For the quarter ended June 30, 2017, Telesat reported consolidated revenues of CDN $226 million, or a decline of 3% ($6 million) from the same period in 2016.

Speedcast to Acquire UltiSat and Create New Government Division

The acquisition strengthens Speedcast?s position in the government and NGO sectors, complementing Speedcast?s government activities in Australia, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

ENENSYS Completes Acquisition of TeamCast

Cesson-Sevigne, France, June 6, 2017--ENENSYS, a provider of video delivery infrastructure,announced that the acquisition of TeamCast, a  modulation technology provider for terrestrial, satellite and wireless markets, has been completed. Intelsat Terminates Merger with OneWeb and Share Purchase Agreement with SoftBank

McLean, Virginia, June 1, 2017– Intelsat S.A. (NYSE:  I) today announced that the previously announced offer or offers to exchange  certain of the respective outstanding senior unsecured notes issued by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A., Intelsat Connect Finance S.A., and Intelsat  S.A. and  solicitation or solicitations of consents  to amend the indentures governing the Existing Notes expired pursuant to their terms at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on May 31, 2017.  As of the expiration date, the minimum tender conditions for the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations had not been satisfied.  The Issuers have not accepted any of the Existing Notes for exchange, any Existing Notes tendered for exchange will be promptly returned to holders, and the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations have accordingly been terminated.
