Luxembourg, April 2, 2018-- Intelsat S.A. today announced the final results of its previously announced tender offer by its indirect subsidiary, Intelsat Connect Finance S.A. (“ICF”), to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding 6 3⁄4% Senior Notes due 2018 (CUSIP No. 458204 AN4; ISIN No. US458204AN49) issued by Intelsat (Luxembourg) S.A., a subsidiary of Intelsat S.A. and ICF’s direct parent company, that are not already held by ICF.

The company has generated revenues of CDN$ 10,282,319 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 1,035,744 or 3 cents per share. This compared with revenues of CDN$ 9,267,750 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 1,020,234 or 3 cents per share as reported in 2016, representing an increase of 10.9% and 1.5% respectively.
