Speedcast Acquires NewSat's Teleport and Satellite Services Businesses

New South Wales, Australia, July 10, 2015 –SpeedCast International Limited oday announced that it has acquired the assets of the teleport and satellite services business of NewSat from its receivers. The assets include the land & buildings at NewSat’s teleport facilities in Adelaide and Perth and the associated plant & equipment, as well as most of the customer and supplier contracts.

Thaicom Reports 35.3% Increase in Net Profit in 1st Quarter 2015
