Hong Kong, April 14, 2014--GapSat announced the appointment of Mark Rigolle, as Chief Financial Officer.  Rigolle is  a seasoned industry veteran, having previously held the senior roles of CEO of O3b and CFO at SES.

Hong Kong, April 1, 2014 - FOX International Channels (FIC) Asia announced today enhanced roles for two of its senior executives.  Joon Lee, Executive Vice President of Content & Communications for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, who currently oversees all channels, content and marketing across the region, will now take on the additional role of Managing Director of the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia business with full P&L responsibility.   Simeon Dawes, Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales & Partnerships for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, will now also take on the role of Managing Director of the Middle East business with full P&L responsibility, with the region’s Dubai-based general manager reporting to him. 

London, UK, March 20, 2014 – Inmarsat today announced that General C. Robert Kehler, United States Air Force (Retired) will join the Board on May 6, 2014 as an additional non-executive director. General Kehler retired from the Air Force in January 2014 with over 38 years of service. 

Silver Spring, MD, March 20, 2014- Discovery Communications today announced that Founder John Hendricks will retire as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and as a Director of the Board. He will remain in his current position through the annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2014. 

Singapore, February 26, 2014--Intelsat S.A. has appointed 25-year satellite industry veteran Patrick French as Head as of Business Development in the Asia Pacific region. In his new role,  French will be responsible for helping to develop and implement Intelsat’s strategy for the region.  He will be based in Singapore and report directly to Dee Schwalb, Intelsat’s Vice President, Business Development & Satellite Related Services.

London, UK, February 25, 2014-Satellite service provider Arqiva today announced the appointment of David Crawford as Managing Director, Sateliite. Crawford  takes over from from Barrie Woolston who has been the interim managing director for the past six months and will remain Commercial Director for Satellite.

Hauppauge, NY, February 7, 2014-Globecomm Systems today announced the retirement of founder and Chief Executive Officer David Hershberg. Keith A. Hall, President and Chief Operating Officer and 17 year veteran of the company has been appointed CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Hershberg will serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors of the Company for special projects.
