ST Engineering Reorganizes as Commercial and Defense and Public Security clusters

Singapore, November 17, 2020 – ST Engineering today announced that effective January 1, 2021, the company will be reorganized as Commercial and Defence & Public Security clusters, replacing the sector-structure of Aerospace, Electronics, Land Systems and Marine.

Gilat Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results

Petah Tikva, Israel, Nov. 10, 2020--Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: GILT),  today reported its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. Revenues were US$ 37.3 million; compared to US$ 63.4 million in Q3 2019 and similar to that of the previous quarter.   GAAP operating loss was US$ 10.9 million compared to operating income of US$ 7.0 million in Q3 2019 and an operating loss of US$ 3.5 million in the previous quarter. The GAAP operating loss in the quarter includes $8.2 million in expenses related to the Comtech merger and litigation and their effects.

McLean, Va., November 5, 2020-- Intelsat S.A. (OTC: INTEQ), today reported total revenues of US$ 489.4 million and net loss attributable to Intelsat S.A. of US$ 15.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2020. Intelsat reported EBITDA, or earnings before net interest, gain on early extinguishment of debt, taxes and depreciation and amortization, of US$ 266.7 million and Adjusted EBITDA of US$ 332.9 million, or 68% of revenue, for the three months ended September 30, 2020.

Eutelsat Reports Slight Decrease in Revenues in First Quarter 2020

Paris, France, October 29, 2020--Eutelsat Communications (ISIN: FR0010221234 - Euronext Paris: ETL) reports revenues for the First Quarter ended 30 September 2020. Iridium Announces Third-Quarter 2020 Results, Improves 2020 Outlook

McLean, Va., Oct. 20, 2020-- Iridium Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: IRDM)today reported financial results for the third quarter of 2020 and updated its full-year 2020 outlook. Net loss was US$ 4.0 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2020, as compared to net loss of US$ 18.0 million, or US$ 0.14 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2019.  This decrease in net loss was primarily the result of lower net interest expenses related to the refinancing of Iridium's credit facility and high-yield notes from the year ago period. 

C-COM Reports 3rd Quarter Results

Ottawa, Canada, October 20, 2020 – C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI, OTC: CYSNF), a provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, announced today its financial results for the third quarter ended August 31, 2020. C-COM generated revenues of CDN $1,773,918 and net after tax income of CDN $210,856 or 1 cent per share. This compared with revenues of CDN $1,453,446 and a net after tax loss of CDN $346,290 or -1 cent per share for Q3, 2019 - representing increases of 22% and 161% respectively.
