Broadband World Forum Enters New Era

London, UK, October 25, 2012-- the Broadband World Forum, took the broadband industry into a new era of connectivity and services, as thousands of visitors filled Amsterdam’s RAI Exhibition Centre last week. The new venue and fresh new programme reflected the evolving nature of the industry, specifically focussing on the power of broadband to transform lives and the possibilities and opportunities with innovation. Growing CDN Market Prompts Hopes of a "better" Internet – and Fears it will be "less neutral"

London, UK, October 2, 2012- According to the latest research from Informa Telecoms & Media released at the CDN Summit, revenue generated from the sale of content delivery network (CDN) services will grow threefold in the five years to 2017 to reach US$4.63 billion. The Satellite Industry in Transition

Paris, France, October 1, 2012--Compared to the ebullience of the last few years the mood was relatively subdued in Paris this September at Euroconsult’s Satellite Business Week conference. Ka-Band is no longer new and at the present time the results from the broadband services already launched are too new to be pronounced outstanding successes or dismal failures.  Some would argue that Electric Propulsion (EP) is new, certainly it hasn’t been used to get to an orbital location before but in spite of the fact that recent innovations mean that delivery in-orbit is now possible in 30 days it failed to generate the excitement that Ka has been doing.

TV Upfronts Take Centre Stage in Bangkok, Thailand
