Iridium Announces First-Quarter 2018 Results; Affirms 2018 and Long-Range Outlook

McLean, Va., May 1, 2018--Iridium Communications Inc. (Nasdaq:IRDM) (“Iridium”)  reported financial results for the first quarter of 2018 and affirmed its full-year 2018 and long-range outlook.  Net income was US$ 11.5 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2018, as compared to US$ 37.9 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2017. 

C-COM Reports First Quarter 2018 Results

Ottawa, Canada, April 24, 2018--C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI), a leading global provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, announced today financial results for the first quarter ended February 28, 2018. The company has generated revenues of CDN$ 1,816,142 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 16,862 or 0 cents per share. This compared with revenues of CDN$ 1,485,410 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 1,635 or 0 cents per share as reported in 2017, representing an increase of 22.3% and 931.3% respectively.

Lower capacity prices are reviving Trunking, as new demand is emerging from previously un-addressable markets. IP Content Distribution also continued making solid progress with thousands of sites now active in this segment.

Intelsat Announces Final Results and Final Settlement of Tender Offer

Luxembourg, April 2, 2018-- Intelsat S.A.  today announced the final results of its previously announced tender offer by its indirect subsidiary, Intelsat Connect Finance S.A. (“ICF”), to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding 6 34% Senior Notes due 2018 (CUSIP No. 458204 AN4; ISIN No. US458204AN49) issued by Intelsat (Luxembourg) S.A., a subsidiary of Intelsat S.A. and ICF’s direct parent company, that are not already held by ICF.

C-COM Reports 13th Consecutive Profitable Year

Ottawa, Canada, March 21, 2018-C-COM Satellite Systems Inc.(TSXV: CMI), a leading global provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, announced today financial results for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2017. The company has generated revenues of CDN$ 10,282,319 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 1,035,744 or 3 cents per share. This compared with revenues of CDN$ 9,267,750 and a net after tax profit of CDN$ 1,020,234 or 3 cents per share as reported in 2016, representing an increase of 10.9% and 1.5% respectively.

UHP Networks Reports Record Sales Results

Montreal, Canada, March 5, 2018--UHP Networks, a leading global manufacturer of advanced VSAT equipment and solutions, announced record sales results in 2017, confirming its reputation as the world’s fastest growing VSAT technology. Company revenue has been growing at more than 40% CAGR over the last three years. Throughout 2017, the manufacturer shipped 31 VSAT Hubs and more than 10,000 remote terminals. UHP Networks won significant network projects with Tier 1 operators, with each network counting geographically redundant high-availability Hubs and many hundreds of remote terminals.
