Madrid, Spain,  May 11 2015--The Spanish satellite operator HISPASAT has announced today a long-term agreement signed with the Mexican satellite service provider SPACENET to distribute movies and live shows to more than 500 Mexican movie theaters covered by SPACENET. HISPASAT’s satellite Amazonas 3, will assign a transponder to this service. 

Pfullingen, Germany, May 6, 2015 – New on the market from Narda Safety Test Solutions is the AMB-8059, a wideband Area Monitor that monitors electromagnetic fields up to 7 GHz in conformance with the ITU-T Recommendation K.83. The data can be accessed via Ethernet or GSM/UMTS. The “EMF Observatory” software integrates several Area Monitors into a wide area coverage monitoring system.

This multi-year, multi-million dollar deal provides services for SPI International's European HD and SD channels. Spacecom is working closely with TTCOMM, its partner in Poland, to provide this full solution.

Washington DC, April 29, 2015– ABS and Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation (TTC) announced that they have signed a 5 year contract on ABS-6. The capacity agreement will provide high speed internet connectivity to support TTC’s growing infrastructure. 

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 28, 2015 – Arabsat and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) today announced contracts for Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] to manufacture two A2100 communications satellites. In conjunction with the award, Lockheed Martin, KACST and TAQNIA Space Company, a subsidiary of the Saudi Technology Investment and Development Company (TAQNIA), signed an agreement to explore future design, manufacture, assembly and integration of satellites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
