(ASC) from Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI) following the receipt of regulatory approval from all required government authorities and completion of other closing items.

Nonthaburi, Thailand, June 26, 2020 – Thaicom Public Company Limited and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited today announced a satellite business joint venture in order to strengthen Thailand’s telecommunications infrastructure and to support the growth of the digital economy and satellite industries. The two companies are partnering to form a joint venture company called ‘Nation Space and Technology Company Limited’. The joint venture has a registered capital of Baht 10 million. The transaction is expected to close within the next 60 days, subject to normal and customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
